The Quick Coupler system promotes the use of wheel loaders as utility machines often extending the life of older machines that are no longer reliable as production machinery.
Once equipped with the Quick Coupler, the mounting Cable Reeler is simple - drive up, lift the mechanism and hydraulically insert the locking pins. The only need for getting out of the cab is to connect the hydraulic lines that are necessary to power the drum.
Drive up and go operation is possible for exchanging drums. Buckets, blades, forks and miscellaneous attachments are often used on the same loader when only part time Cable Reeling work is required.
